Corn on the Cob - Open Fire or Grill

 

Ingredients:

  • Corn with husk still on
  • Butter
  • Salt/Pepper

 

Directions:

  • Fire needs to be at medium heat.
  • Put corn on grate about 5 inches from fire.
  • Turn corn every 3-5 minutes until hust is toasty brown on all sides.
  • 15-20 minutes until done depending on heat of fire.
  • To eat, pull husk back, using husk for handle, silks will slide off.
  • Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste and enjoy.
  • Yummy!! Yummy!!
