Corn on the Cob - Open Fire or Grill
Ingredients:
- Corn with husk still on
- Butter
- Salt/Pepper
Directions:
- Fire needs to be at medium heat.
- Put corn on grate about 5 inches from fire.
- Turn corn every 3-5 minutes until hust is toasty brown on all sides.
- 15-20 minutes until done depending on heat of fire.
- To eat, pull husk back, using husk for handle, silks will slide off.
- Add butter, salt, and pepper to taste and enjoy.
