Corn Delight Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 qt fresh corn kernels
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shedded cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into 13x9 greased pan
- Bake at 350* for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Let dish set for 20-30 minutes to set up before serving.
