Corn Delight Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 qt fresh corn kernels
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shedded cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sugar

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Pour into 13x9 greased pan
  • Bake at 350* for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • Let dish set for 20-30 minutes to set up before serving.
