Easy Corn Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 cups corn kernels, drained
- 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced and seeded
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 T lime juice
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 t honey
- Salt/Pepper
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in bowl and stir.
- chill until ready to eat.
